Обеспечение надежного и безопасного транспортного обслуживания членов Олимпийской/Паралимпийской Семьи и прежде всего спортсменов. В задачи данной службы также входит предоставление надежного общественного транспорта для доставки зрителей к соревновательным объектам и другим объектам Игр, не ограничивая при этом общественные перевозки жителей города-организатора. Данная служба ориентирована на максимально эффективное управление движением транспорта и минимизацию влияния дорожных происшествий на работу всей транспортной системы в период Игр. ОКОИ может учредить функциональное подразделение, занимающееся всеми аспектами транспортных услуг.

Coordination and management of the delivery of safe, secure and reliable transport services for the Olympic/Paralympic Family, giving priority to the athletes. This area is also responsible for ensuring provision of reliable public transportation to competition venues and any other ames venues for spectators, while enabling the host community to function during the Games. Transport aims to provide effectiveмmanagement of the traffic and transport network to minimize theмimpact of incidents on the delivery of all transport servicesмduring the Games. The OCOG may establish a functional areaмdealing with Transport aspects.

Должностное лицо, которое обязано обеспечивать полное соответствие систем и услуг для фотожурналистов следующим требованиям МОК:
• обеспечение необходимой инфраструктуры и обслуживания фотожурналистов;
• наличие мест для фотосъемки на всех спортивных объектах;
• наличие мест для видовой/пейзажной фотосъемки;
• обеспечение соответствующего уровня освещения для фотосъемки на всех спортивных объектах;
• наличие службы доставки пленок и дисков, связывающей объекты с ГПЦ (при необходимости);
• отведение площадей под зоны фоторабот в ГПЦ и VMC;
• выдача фотографам опознавательных жилетов.

Official responsible for ensuring that all photo services and facilities comply with the IOC requirements, including:
• The provision of all facilities and services for still photographers
• Photo positions at all competition venues
• Photo positions at beauty locations
• Ensuring adequate lighting for photographers at all competition venues
• The film/disk transport system, if required, linking the venues with the MPC
• Planning designated photo work areas at the MPC and VMCs
• Distribution of photographer vests.
