Horizontal air discharge
The supply air is discharged from the active chilled beam at a relatively high velocity (2 to 4 m/s) which enables effective room ventilation. In the occupied zone the air velocity should not exceed 0.2m/s. This is generally the
case when the air stream travels a significant distance before entering the occupied zone. For a given room height the minimum discharge distance to the nearest wall must be considered. If active chilled beams are installed adjacent to each other in a space, again the minimum distance between two beams must be considered.
[TROX TECHNIK]

7 entry of nations’ flags

entry of nations’ flags
Part of the closing ceremony. Preceding the athletes’ parade, all of the nations’ flags enter the Olympic stadium. Led by Greece, these flags enter in alphabetical order according to the language of the host country. The host country’s flag enters last. An athlete representative of that country carries each flag alongside and a name-board bearer (again the country name is shown in three languages). The name-boards shall be provided by the OCOG and shall all be of equal size. The name-board-bearers shall be designated by the OCOG. The flag bearers place their flags in a semi-circle adjacent to or behind the rostrum and join the other athletes.
