ежедневное координационное совещание МПК и организаторов
Собрание руководства, которое осуществляет мониторинг Паралимпийских игр. Оно проводится ежедневно, начиная со дня Церемонии открытия и заканчивая днем Церемонии закрытия Паралимпийских игр в отеле МПК, и играет схожую роль с ежедневным координационным заседанием на Олимпийских играх. Заседание проводит президент МПК. На заседании присутствуют:
• члены Руководящего совета;
• генеральный директор МПК;
• высшее руководство ОКОИ;
• представители ключевых организаций, входящих в Паралимпийское движение.
В зависимости от повестки на заседании также могут присутствовать другие члены высшего руководства МПК.

IPC and organizers daily coordination meeting
Management forum that oversees the Paralympic Games operations. It takes place daily from the day of the Opening Ceremony to the day of the Closing Ceremony of the Paralympic Games, in the IPC Hotel and has a similar role to that of the Olympic Games daily coordination meeting. The meeting is led by the IPC President and attendees are:
• Governing Board members
• IPC Chief Executive Officer
• OCOG senior executives
• key Paralympic Movement entities’ representatives.IPC senior staff may also attend depending on the agenda.

регистрационное собрание перед прибытием делегации
Совещания с каждым из Национальных Олимпийских и Паралимпийских комитетов с участием подразделений ОКОИ, ответственных за взаимодействие с НОК/НПК и аккредитацию спортсменов. На этих совещаниях уточняются следующие вопросы: квалификация спортсменов, статус рассмотрения заявок на получение аккредитации, имена спортсменов и официальных представителей команд, которые намереваются прибыть на Игры, и полагающиеся им привилегии, а также обсуждаются остающиеся нерешенными проблемы. Проведение таких совещаний должно предшествовать выпуску Олимпийских/Паралимпийских идентификационных и аккредитационных карточек и их отправке в НОК/НПК. Главная цель этих совещаний — обеспечить выпуск аккредитационных карточек, не содержащих ошибок и неточностей, чтобы свести к минимуму необходимость внесения каких-либо изменений после прибытия делегаций на Игры, а также разрешить любые возможные проблемы между НОК/НПК и ОКОИ до отправки делегаций на Игры.

pre-delegation registration meeting (pre-DRM)
Meeting between each NOC/NPC and OCOG sport entries/accreditation and NOC/NPC services to review the qualification status, accreditation applications status, names and entitlements of athletes and team officials to attend the Games and resolve open issues before the Olympic/Paralympic identity and accreditation cards are printed and sent to each NOC/NPC. The main goal of this meeting is to produce correct accreditation cards for the NOCs and thus minimize changes upon arrival to the Games, and address any open issues with each NOC/NPC before their travel to the Games.
