операционный план деятельности на объекте
План, который содержит детальное описание деятельности соответствующего объекта (соревновательного или несоревновательного) во время Игр, устанавливает принципы и регламенты, включает общий план расположения объекта, определяет потребность в ресурсах, необходимых для функционирования объекта, устанавливает персональную ответственность за определенные аспекты деятельности на объекте и примыкающей территории, а также принципы взаимодействия членов команды объекта в рамках общей структуры управления и координации действий во время Игр.

venue operating plan (VOP)
Plan that outlines how a specific venue (competition or non-competition) will operate at the Games time, identifies policies and procedures, explains the venue layout and the resources required to run the venue, defines who is responsible for what in and around the venue, explains how the venue team will interact and how it will fit within the Games command and control structure.
