Ценообразование по принципу Рэмси
Принцип установления цены Фрэнка Рэмси. Принцип заключается в том, что у компании, деятельность которой регулируется государством (например предприятие коммунальных услуг), цена более всего превышает предельные издержки (см. Marginal-cost pricing) на те продукты, спрос на которые наименее эластичен. Это вторая наилучшая цена при отсутствии первой (см. Second-best theory). Иными словами, если речь идет о налогообложении, например, следует взимать более высокий налог с тех товаров, которые люди будут покупать в любом случае, и более низкие налоги с тех, спрос на которые чутко реагирует на изменение цены.Новый англо-русский словарь-справочник.
