1 Future time
↑ Verb1) В английском языке существуют следующие основные средства описания действий, событий и состояний, которые будут иметь место в будущем: время Future simple, время Future continuous, время Future perfect, время Future perfect continuous, оборот be going to, время Present simple (см. Present simple for the future), а также время Present continuous (см. Present continuous for the future).2) В английском языке есть еще несколько средств для выражения будущего времени.а) Конструкция be + to-infinitive (см. be to 1).The prime minister is to visit France — Премьер-министр должен приехать с визитом во Францию.
б) Конструкция be + ABOUT + to-infinitive. Она употребляется для обозначения ближайшего будущего.в) Конструкция be + ON THE POINT OF + ing-form. Она также употребляется для обозначения ближайшего будущего.She is on the point of screaming — Она вот-вот закричит.
3) В условных, временных придаточных предложениях, а также в придаточных предложениях, введенных вопросительным словом (см. Adverbial clause of time, Condition: type 1, Wh - clause) вместо времен Future simple, Future continuous и Future perfect используются времена Present simple, Present continuous и Present perfect соответственно.I'll follow her wherever she goes — Я последую за ней, куда бы она ни пошла.
