    компј. привремен фајл за размена. Кај мајкрософт виндоус (Microsoft Windows), времен фајл на тврдиот диск што се користи при подобрен 386 режим на работа. Наменет е за чување на често користени податоци и програмски инструкции кои не можат да се сместат во РАм меморијата, а со него управува виртуелната меморија како проширување на РАм меморијата. За разлика од постојаниот фајл за размена, зазема помал простор на дискот но операциите на читање и запишување се побавни. Спореди: permanent swap file.
