систематическая ошибка
Понятие математической статистики: ошибка, которая постоянно либо преувеличивает, либо преуменьшает результаты измерений (оценок наблюдаемых величин) вследствие воздействия определенных факторов, систематически влияющих на эти измерения и изменяющих их в одном направлении (например, в отличие от случайных ошибок). Оценки, лишенные систематических ошибок, называются несмещенными оценками.
