This service, which may be associated with the transmission control and/or distribution center, will make it possible to connect commentary circuits from venues to rights holders at the IBC or directly to the destination countries, and the outputs of rights holders to the international lines. In addition to monitoring capabilities, possibilities to switch back-up circuits or commentary positions must allow for a certain degree of flexibility.
