DOM-TOM [dɔmtɔm]plural masculine noun( = départements et territoires d'outre-mer) French overseas departments and territories━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━DOM-TOM, ROM and COMThere are four « Départements d'outre-mer »: Guadeloupe, Martinique, La Réunion and French Guyana (Guyane).
