Например, в такой форме осуществляется вызов к специальному судье по делам о нарушениях правил дорожного движения, грозящих штрафом. Имеет вид карточки, заполненной полицейским службы дорожного движения [ traffic police], в которой указывается вид нарушения. Если получивший вызов намерен оспаривать предъявленное обвинение, он обязан явиться в суд лично либо ответить через своего адвоката.
