гл.Русские глаголы узнать/узнавать многозначны, основные два их значения узнать что-либо новое и узнать что-либо ранее известное. Им соответствуют два ряда английских соответствий. В отличие от английских эквивалентов, русское узнать не предполагает конкретизации того, как получена информация.1. to learn that — узнать, что… ( получить информацию): I was happy lo learn that he was coming back soon. — Я с радостью узнал, что он скоро приезжает.2. to learn about — узнать, узнавать, узнать о чем-либо, услышать о чем-либо: When we learnt about his success we sent him our congratulations. — Когда мы узнали/услышали о его успехах, мы послали ему наши поздравления.3. to find out — узнать, узнавать, выяснить ( приложив усилия): I cannot answer your question now but I promise to find out before too late. — Я не могу ответить на ваш вопрос сейчас, но я обешаю выяснить все вскоре.
