Fina form of protection given to secured creditors which relates to assets of the company that are changing in nature. Often current assets like stock or debtors are the subject of this type of charge. In the event of default on repayment, the chargeholder may take steps to enforce the charge so that it crystallizes and becomes attached to the current assets to which it relates.
