стандартные компоненты платежного баланса.Типовые статьи отчетной балансовой ведомости, систематизирующие статистические сведения о внешнеэкономической деятельности страны. Каждая типовая статья отражаст в сводном виде результаты определенной группы сходных по своему хозяйственному назначению внешнеэкономических операций. Она является своеобразным компонентом отчетной балансовой ведомости. Компоненты, объединенные в классы по тому или иному экономическому признаку, представляют собой счет, который строится по принципу двойной записи. При наиболее высоком уровне агрегирования стандартных компонентов платежный баланс может быть представлен в виде двух взаимоувязанных счетов: счет текущих операций и счет капитала. В счетах платежного баланса операции классифицируются по принципу резидентства участвующих в них субъектов. аналитический принцип формирования платежного баланса.Объединение в группы в зависимости от аспекта внешнеэкономических связей страны стандартных компонентов (standard component of balance of payments), количественно характеризуемых статьями данной статистической категории. Если статьи платежного баланса (balance of payments) представить в виде двух аналитических категорий, то их чистые суммы в числовом выражении будут равны между собой. Одна из них будет представлять собой чистый кредит, а другая - чистый дебет. Чистая сумма каждой из категорий - это сальдо. Сальдо с чистым кредитом является активным, а с чистым дебетом - пассивным. Платежный баланс, построенный по аналитическому принципу, представляет собой ведомость, разделенную горизонтальной чертой на две категории (последняя статья одной категории отделяется от первой статьи другой категории).
