Документ, который ОКОИ совместно с партнерами разрабатывает на раннем этапе операционного планирования. В этом плане заложено определение глобальной задачи, перспектив, целей и условий их достижения, перечислены варианты стратегий, преимущества и ограничения местного рынка, основные риски по каждой функции, принципы составления стратегических планов деятельности ФНД, обозначена роль правительства и других партнеров, определены изначальный бюджет и штатное расписание с расчетом на перспективу.

Четыре шага цикла управления процессом, разработанного Эдвардом Демингом (Edward Deming). Цикл «Планирование - Выполнение -Проверка - Корректировка» также называют циклом Деминга.
Планирование – проектирование или пересмотр процессов, поддерживающих ИТ- услуги.
Выполнение – внедрение плана и управление процессом.
Проверка – измерение процессов и ИТ-услуг, сравнение с целями и получение отчётности.
Корректировка – планирование и внедрение изменений для улучшения процессов.

A four-stage cycle for process management, attributed to Edward Deming. Plan-Do-Check-Act is also called the Deming Cycle.
Plan - design or revise processes that support the IT services;
Do - implement the plan and manage the processes;
Check - measure the processes and IT services, compare with objectives and produce reports;
Act - plan and implement changes to improve the processes.

Представление этих материалов группе ОКОИ по работе с клиентами должно происходить на стадии разработки концепции, задолго до начала производства, публикации, распространения, продажи или использования этих материалов. Ранний отклик со стороны ОКОИ позволит устранить любые потенциальные проблемы и значительно упростит и ускорит процесс утверждения.

promotional materials approval system (PMAS)
Marketing partners are required to submit for prior written approval all Games-related marketing, advertising and promotional materials. Submission of these materials to the OCOG account management team should be made at an early stage of the concept development, well before the commencement of production, publication, distribution, sale or use of these items. Early input from the OCOG will flush out any potential issues and ensure a smoother and quicker approval process.
