Såfremt der i stabilisation period sker tilbagesalg af aktier i det pågældende selskab med faldende kurs til følge, kan aktierne leveres tilbage til den aktionær, der har stillet aktierne til disposition for lead manager.Såfremt der ikke sker tilbagesalg, afregnes de aktier, aktionæren har stillet til disposition, til offer price.
