сокр. ADR programодин из нескольких способов выпуска американских депозитарных расписок (ADR). В зависимости от того, участвует компания-эмитент ценных бумаг в выпуске АДР или нет, программы АДР делятся на спонсируемые (sponsored ADR) и неспонсируемые (unsponsored ADR). В зависимости от особенностей обращения АДР и связанных с этим требований к регистрации выпуска и предоставлению отчетности, виды программ АДР делятся на три уровня: первый - Level I ADR ( АДР обращаются на внебиржевом рынке), второй - Level II ADR ( АДР имеют листинг и обращаются на бирже) и третий - Level III ADR ( предполагает первичное размещение АДР (IPO) на одной из бирж США).
