Le mouvement Open Source promeut le développement et la diffusion des logiciels libres (ou logiciels open source) par le biais de l’Open Source Initiative (OSI). Un logiciel "open source" doit répondre aux dix caractéristiques suivantes, précisées dans la définition officielle: (1) libre redistribution, (2) inclusion du code source, (3) possibilité d’applications dérivées, (4) intégrité du code source de l’auteur, (5) pas de discrimination contre des personnes ou des groupes, (6) pas de discrimination contre des domaines d’application, (7) distribution de la licence, (8) licence non spécifique à un produit, (9) licence sans restriction pour les autres logiciels distribués avec le dit logiciel, (10) licence technologiquement neutre. Отчет, в котором указывается, из каких источников в течение определенного времени организация получала средства и как эти средства были использованы. К источникам фондов обычно относят прибыль от коммерческой деятельности, поступления от выпуска и размещения акций и долговых обязательств, доходы от реализации основного капитала и займы. Распределение средств обычно идет по следующим статьям: убытки от коммерческой деятельности, покупка основного капитала, выплата дивидендов и погашение займов. Балансовые показатели свидетельствуют об увеличении или уменьшении величины оборотного капитала (working capital).
