J. has explained it; a. fr.Pl. פִּתְרִין, פִּתְרַיָּיא, פִּתְרַיָּיה, פִּי׳. Y.Erub.IV, end, 22a פתי לה תרין פ׳ offered two explanations. Y.Peah IV, 18b top פתר לה כאילין פ׳ he explained it in accordance with those explanations (given above); Y.Gitt.VIII, 49c top פתרייתא (corr. acc.).
