    3.23 социальный пожарный риск (risk societal): Пожарный риск, характеризующий последствия для каждого человека и/или группы в целом.

    Примечания

    1 Комбинация последствий для всех вовлеченных сторон связана с общей вероятностью возникновения инцидента. Социальный пожарный риск обычно равен сумме индивидуальных пожарных рисков всех вовлеченных лиц, но может быть представлен в виде отношения интенсивности к количеству подверженных пожару людей или людей, находящихся в опасных условиях, в этом случае социальный пожарный риск выражают в форме, непосредственно сопоставимой с индивидуальным пожарным риском.

    2 При подсчете социального пожарного риска следует учитывать, что некоторые последствия для одного человека могут отменять последствия для другого человека.
