    Association sans but lucratif, visant à créer et à accroître la coopération entre les Ligues Membres dans le but de développer leurs propres activités et d'agir comme un ensemble à la promotion du football professionnel conformément aux statuts et aux réglementations respectifs de l'UEFA et de la FIFA, et qui a notamment pour objectifs d'être la voix des ligues de football professionnel en Europe, de prendre part et de nommer des représentants aux commissions de l'UEFA, d'étudier les questions de dialogue social au niveau européen, et, le cas échéant, de jouer un rôle de partenaire social.

    A non-profit association that aims to create and increase cooperation among its Member Leagues in order to develop their own activities and to act as a whole while promoting professional football in accordance with the respective statutes and regulations of UEFA and FIFA, and whose main objectives are to be the voice of professional football leagues in Europe, to participate in and appoint representatives to UEFA committees, to consider social dialogue issues at a European level, and, where appropriate, to act as a social partner.
