обслуживающее подразделение
1. Хозяйственная единица, оказывающая услуги другим подразделениям. Обслуживающее подразделение обычно является и обслуживающим центром затрат, однако обслуживающие центры затрат не обязательно должны быть частью предприятия.
2. Обслуживающие производства и хозяйства - собственные подразделения организации, деятельность которых не связана с производством продукции, выполнением работ и оказанием услуг, явившихся целью создания данной организации.
К обслуживающим производствам и хозяйствам относятся:
- жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство (эксплуатация жилых домов, общежитии, прачечных, бань и т. п.);
- пошивочные и другие мастерские бытового обслуживания;
- столовые и буфеты;
- детские дошкольные учреждения (сады, ясли);
- дома отдыха санатории и другие учреждения оздоровительного и культурно-просветительною назначения;
- научно-исследовательские и конструкторские подразделения.
