Скрининг
Методика отбора потенциальных работников (партнеров), которая заключается в выявлении скрытой информации о них. Например, чтобы определить, является ли человек способным и трудолюбивым или ленивым и безинициативным, можно поинтересоваться, как он учился в школе. Трудолюбивые люди обычно говорят, что им нравилось учиться и получать хорошие оценки, а ленивые - что ненавидели учебу и стремились поскорее расстаться со школой. Таким образом, ценность полученного человеком образования рассматривается не с точки зрения приобретенной им квалификации, а в качестве показателя его способности обучаться. Данная методика, однако, эффективна только до тех пор, пока более высокая оплата труда за усердие не станет настолько привлекательной для ленивых, что они будут готовы переломить себя и учиться дальше.
