4 воскресение
I(по религ. иконографический канон (за исключением последнего времени) отрицает возможность изображения непостижимой тайны Воскресения; символической заменой подобного изображения служат, во-первых, "Явление ангела женам-мироносицам" ( the Appearance of the Angel to the Holy Women (or to the Three Marys)), описание которого содержится в канонических Евангелиях, и, во-вторых, "Сошествие во ад" ( the Anastasis (or the Descent into Hell)), которое, в соответствии с апокрифическим Евангелием от Никодима, последовало сразу же за Воскресением Спасителя - воскресший Христос сошёл во ад и извёл оттуда ветхозаветных праведников и пророков во главе с Адамом и Евой) — Christ's Resurrection
II см. воскресеньехрам Воскресения Словущего — the Cathedral of the Renewal of the Church in the name of Christ's Resurrection; the Church of the Finding of the True Cross
