Суд по делам об ограничительной деловой практике
Государственное учреждение в Великобритании, отвечающее за исполнение конкурентной политики (см. Competition policy). Основной задачей суда являлось изучение случаев ограничительной деловой практики, сведения о которых поступают из Управления по вопросам добросовестной конкуренции (см. Office of fair trading). В 1998 г. функции Суда были переданы Комиссии по конкуренции (см. Competition Commission) на основании Закона о конкуренции 1998 г. Считается, что все соглашения об ограничительной практике противоречат интересам общества, если обратное не доказано сторонами этого соглашения (например, что соглашение способствует повышению эффективности, увеличению экспорта, созданию рабочих мест). Если устанавливается, что соглашения наносят ущерб интересам общества, они автоматически признаются недействительными. См.
