Epict., loc. cit., where ἐ. takes up the preceding λοιδορεῖν and τύπτειν; 1 Macc 15:40; Philo, Ebr. 16; Jos., Bell. 2, 414, Ant. 4, 169; 20, 175; Ath., R. 75, 22).
