Цена, по которой на фондовой бирже продаются и покупаются ценные бумаги. Характеризует капитализированный доход по этим бумагам (См.Капитализация дохода). Изменяется прямо пропорционально норме доходности иных бумаг (приносимому ими дивиденду), обращающихся на рынке, и обратно пропорционально уровню ссудного (банковского) процента.
