Зарезервированные ценные бумаги по-прежнему отражаются займодавцем как доступные для предоставления взаймы, однако другим потенциальным заемщикам сообщается, что эти ценные бумаги зарезервированы (held away), и что лицо, для которого они зарезервированы, по-прежнему имеет право первого выбора (right of first refusal).
