Для целей ФНД «Защита интеллектуальной собственности» «подрядчик» означает компанию, которая не имеет Олимпийских маркетинговых прав при сотрудничестве с Олимпийским движением и поставляет товары, услуги или оборудование, которые требуются для работы Олимпийской деревни, в соответствии с соглашением между этой компанией и ОКОИ.
