Эффективность обучения зависит в немалой степени от выбора соответствующих методов обучения. Многие преподаватели тратят слишком много времени на чтение утомительных лекций, которые не соответствуют склонностям ориентированных на действие взрослых слушателей к обучению. Методы без чтения лекций более интересны учащемуся, доставляют ему больше удовольствия и, что более важно, более эффективны. В большинстве учебных программ опытные преподаватели используют различные методы, включая чтение лекций. — The effectiveness of teaching depends largely on the selection of appropriate teaching methods. There are many teachers who spend too much time giving boring lectures which are inappropriate to the learning disposition of action-oriented adults. Methods other than lecturing are more interesting and enjoyable for the learner and, what is more important, more effective. In most teaching or learning programs, good teachers combine various methods including lecturing.

Training is a continuous process. Basic training may be followed by job rotation in the company, exposure to new responsibilities, etc. 6. Business enterprises are involved in the design and development of training programs.
