Fordelen er primært et mindre dokumentationsarbejde (og dermed lavere omkostninger), samt en høj grad af fleksibilitet. I forbindelse med oprettelsen af et EMTN programme udnævnes en dealer-gruppe. Andre dealere uden for den officielle dealer-gruppe har mulighed for at blive udnævnt til ’dealer for en dag’ – også kaldet en inverse requiry.
