Mandatory international standard developed as part of the World Anti-Doping Program. The main purpose of the IST is to ensure a standardized approach for ADOs to plan effective testing and to maintain the integrity and identity of the samples.

Программа международных исследований по перспективным информационным технологиям, проводимая под эгидой Европейской Комиссии с 1999 г. В ней продолжены исследования, начатые в предшествующей программе ACTS. Предполагается разработать более 200 проектов, направленных на развитие телекоммуникационных технологий, новых поколений Internet мобильной связи, спутниковых систем, мультимедиа и др.
