deal summaries
Before agreeing (either orally or in writing) to any aspect of a proposed deal with a potential Sochi 2014 joint marketing program participant, Sochi 2014 shall provide to the IOC via the Olympic Marketing Extranet (or in such other manner as required by the IOC) a term sheet of the deal in the format as required by the IOC for the IOC’s prior written approval.

Если Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» проводит тендер по выбору потенциального участника Совместной маркетинговой программы Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014», вся документация, связанная с проведением такого тендера, должна быть представлена МОК посредством Олимпийского маркетингового Экстранет-портала (либо иным способом, по требованию МОК) на утверждение до официального оформления такой документации. Только документация, в письменном виде утвержденная МОК, может использоваться в любом тендерном процессе.

submission of tender documents
If a tender process will be used by Sochi 2014 to identify a potential Sochi 2014 joint marketing program participant, all documents to be issued in connection with any such tender must be submitted via the Olympic Marketing Extranet (or in such other manner as required by the IOC) to the IOC for approval prior to any formal release of any such documents. Only tender documents approved in writing by the IOC may be used in any tender process.

Guide produced by the OCOG before the CoCom meeting. The content of the guide is submitted for the IOC's approval two weeks before the meeting. It includes:
• detailed program
• list of OCOG's high-level participants, including partners' representatives, with their titles denomination

• useful information (hotel, nearby restaurants, taxi, etc.).

Руководящий совет МПК
Орган власти, представляющий МПК. В его обязанности входят утверждение политики и дальнейшая разработка и контроль стратегического направления и целей, определенных Генеральной ассамблеей. В число ключевых ролей Правления входят:
• утверждение программы Паралимпийских игр (видов спорта, дисциплин и мероприятий);
• утверждение ключевых принципов или стратегий, разработанных ОКОИ (например, сервисных уровней и т.п.);
• решение вопросов, связанных с Играми, имеющих политический характер и влияющих на имидж, финансы или правила Паралимпийского движения.

IPC governing board (GB)
IPC Governing Board has the authority to represent the IPC. Its responsibilities include the approval of policies and the further development and supervision of the strategic direction and goals defined by the General Assembly. Some of the key roles of the Governing Board are to:
• approve the Paralympic program (sports, disciplines and events)
• approve key policies or strategies proposed by the OCOG (e.g. service levels, etc.)
• address the Games issues of political nature impacting on the image, finances or rules of the Paralympic Movement.
