1) Automatic Call Distributor - устройство автоматического распределения вызовов [телефонной сети]компьютеризированная телефонная система, отвечающая звонящему с помощью речевого меню и перенаправляющая входящие вызовы следующему свободному оператору или агенту. Главная составляющая часть центров обработки телефонных вызовов, так называемых колл-центров (см. call center).
