Тканевые весовые множители, рекомендованные Международной комиссией по радиологической защите для расчета эффективной дозы, указаны ниже: Ткань или орган wT Гонады 0,20 Костный мозг (красный) 0,12 Толстая кишкаa 0,12 Легкие 0,12 Желудок 0,12 Мочевой пузырь 0,05 Молочные железы 0,05 Печень 0,05 Пищевод 0,05 Щитовидная железа 0,05 Кожа 0,01 Поверхность кости 0,01 Остальные органы и ткани b 0,05 a Весовой множитель для толстой кишки применяется к массовому среднему значению эквивалентной дозы в стенках верхнего и нижнего отделов толстого кишечника. b Для целей расчетов «остальные органы и ткани» включают надпочечники, головной мозг, экстраторакальную область, тонкий кишечник, почки, мышечную ткань, поджелудочную железу, селезенку, вилочковую железу и матку. В тех исключительных случаях, когда одна из тканей этой категории получает наибольшую ожидаемую эквивалентную дозу из всех органов, к этой ткани или органу применяется весовой множитель, равный 0,025, а для расчета средней дозы, получаемой оставшимися органами или тканями этой категории, как они здесь определены, применяется весовой множитель, равный 0,025.
