    Term relates to the management of the execution of overall communications directives to optimize the reach and effectiveness of the OCOG's key messages. This area generates goodwill for the Games throughout all levels of corporate, government, media and community groups by lobbying with a proactive and strategic approach to maximize national reach. The ideals of Olympism are promoted both within the OCOG and externally to media, corporate and community groups.
