Определенный в соответствующем документе момент, при достижении которого запрещается продолжение испытаний системы автоматизации подстанции без письменного согласия инициатора проверки соответствия.
Примечание. Испытательный центр должен представить письменное уведомление в адрес инициатора проверки в согласованное время до наступления контрольного момента. Инициатор или его представитель обязан подтвердить проверку в контрольный момент и согласовать продолжение испытаний.

point, defined in the appropriate document, beyond which an activity must not proceed without the written approval of the initiator of the conformance test. The test facility must provide a written notice to the initiator at an agreed time prior to the hold point. The initiator, or his representative, is obligated to verify the hold point and approve the resumption of the testing

3.7 точка приостановки (hold point): Этап (момент времени) деятельности организации, установленный в соответствующем документе, при достижении которого указанная деятельность организации должна быть приостановлена до получения санкции соответствующей организации или уполномоченных органов на ее продолжение.
Примечание - Санкция на продолжение деятельности после приостановки обычно дается в письменной форме, но она может быть выдана в любой другой согласованной форме.

тестовые мероприятия
Мероприятия, проводимые до Игр для проверки оборудования, персонала и деятельности. К ним относится проведение тестовых соревнований, а также различные несоревновательные мероприятия. Тестовые соревнования могут проводиться примерно за 2 – 24 месяца до начала Игр в зависимости от вида спорта и места проведения соревнований (например, в помещении или под открытым небом). Проведение тестовых соревнований должно быть согласовано с соответствующей Международной федерацией. (См. Правило 47 Олимпийской хартии)

test events
All pre-Games events that are held for the purpose of testing facilities, personnel and operations before the Games. This includes both competition and non-competition events or tests. Competition test events can be held anywhere from 2 to 24 months prior to the Games, depending on the nature of sports and venues (e.g. outdoor or indoor). These competition test events are defined in agreement with the relevant International Federation. (See Olympic Charter rule 47)
