Применяемые в процессе оценки бизнеса и инвестиционных проектов корректировки финансовых показателей (в том числе получаемых в ходе расчета), учитывающие различные дополнительные факторы, влияющие на эти показатели. Например, надбавка за контрольный характер доли собственности, скидка за неконтрольный характер доли собственности, надбавка за риск и т.п. Обычно корректировка осуществляется в процентах к величине показателя с учетом характеристики ранее определенного показателя стоимости, а также вида стоимости, которую стремится определить оценщик. Часто вместо термина «надбавка» применяется термин премия, вместо «скидки» – вычет.
