Электрическая сеть, содержащая оборудование, нейтрали которого, все или часть из них, соединены с заземляющими устройствами непосредственно или через устройство с малым сопротивлением по сравнению с сопротивлением нулевой последовательности сети.

Сеть, нейтраль которой соединена с землей наглухо или через резистор или реактор, сопротивление которых достаточно мало, чтобы существенно ограничить колебания переходного процесса и обеспечить значение тока, необходимое для селективной защиты от замыкания на землю.
Примечание. Степень заземления нейтрали сети характеризуется наивысшим значением коэффициента замыкания на землю для схем данной сети, возможных в условиях эксплуатации
