бухгалтерская отчетность
Структурированное представление информации о финансовом положении и финансовых результатах деятельности организации. Часть общей системы отчетности, которая включает оперативную, статистичскую и бухгалтерскую отчетность. Задача финансовой отчетности состоит в представлении информации о финансовом положении, финансовых результатах и движении денежных средств, которая может оказаться полезной для широкого круга лиц, включая менеджмент самой организации, при принятии экономических решений. Основные формы Ф.о, применяемые в Российской Федерации: А. Финансовая (бухгалтерская) отчетность по РСБУ (Российской системе бухгалтерского учета). Единая система данных об имущественном и финансовом положении организации (компании) и о результатах ее хозяйственной деятельности, составляемая на основе данных бухгалтерского учета по установленным формам. В состав финансовой (бухгалтерской) отчетности, в соответствии с РСБУ, входят: Бухгалтерский баланс (форма №1 по Общероссийскому классификатору управленческой документации, ОКУД), Отчет о прибылях и убытках (форма №2 по ОКУД), Отчет об изменениях капитала (форма № 3 по ОКУД), Отчет о движении денежных средств (форма № 4 по ОКУД), Приложение к бухгалтерскому балансу (форма № 5 по ОКУД), пояснительная записка, а также аудиторское заключение, подтверждающее достоверность бухгалтерской отчетности организации (компании), если она в соответствии с федеральными законами подлежит обязательному аудиту. Финансовая отчетность строится на базе бухгалтерского учета. Различные формы отчетности регламентируются Министерством финансов РФ, которое также регулярно издает инструкции по их разработке и применению организациями всех уровней. Б. Финансовая (бухгалтерская) отчетность по МСФО. Применяется возрастающим числом компаний, особенно тех, которые имеют международные связи, рассчитывают на привлечение иностранных капиталов. В мировой практике (в частности, в странах, где применяются МСФО и GAAP) предприятиями составляются следующие финансовые отчеты: бухгалтерский баланс (Balance sheet); отчет о прибылях и убытках (Income statement), отчет об изменениях капитала (Statement of stockholders’ equity), отчет о движении денежных средств (Statement of cash flow). Кроме того, обычно прилагается документ об учетной политике с пояснительной запиской (аналог приложения к бухгалтерскому балансу и пояснительной записки, входящих в состав финансовой (бухгалтерской) отчетности по РПБУ). В соответствии с общепринятой практикой, финансовая (бухгалтерская) отчетность акционерных обществ, составленная по МСФО, подлежит аудиту.
