Konsortiestrukturen består ofte af: global co-ordinator(s), lead managers, co-lead managers og co-managers.En manager har følgende funktioner:1) Managing, dvs. drøftelse af muligheder og fastlæggelse af foreløbige og endelige betingelser for et værdipapirudbud i samarbejde med udsteder/udbyder og de øvrige managers.2) Underwriting, dvs. garantere afsætningen af hele eller en del af værdipapirudbuddet.3) Placing/Selling, dvs. afsætning af værdipapirudbuddet til investorerne.For disse funktioner modtager den enkelte manager henholdsvis management fee/commission/concession, underwriting fee/commission og selling commission/concession. -
