Ciebana ou ciebanus, cestos y nasas que se hacen con las varas de los avellanos y de los castaños principalmente. Las ciébanas o nasas las solíamos hacer en miou aldina todos los rapazos para pescar en el río las mejores truchas del mundo como son las de los ríos y torrentes de las montañas astures.
