    межд. эк. паратарифные меры (меры регулирования внешней торговли, связанные с использованием различных сборов и налогов, формально не являющихся тарифами, но выполняющих те же функции и взимаемых с импортных товаров вместо или в дополнение к импортному тарифу, напр., использование различных таможенных сборов нетарифного характера, дополнительных налогов на импорт, внутренних налогов на импорт: НДС, акцизы и т. д.; запрещены правилами ВТО, как противоречащие принципу национального режима, если такие же налоги и сборы не накладываются на национальные товары)
