Icterus gaibula (лат), певчая птица из семейства трупиалов, самец по черно-желтой расцветке напоминает иволгу, голос громкий и звучный; самка желтой, оливковой и коричневатой расцветки. Длина около 20 см, размах крыльев около 30 см. Распространена в США, на зиму улетает в Мексику и Южную Америку. Является символом [ state bird] штата Мэриленд.
