мастер-план по концессиям
В плане, в частности (без ограничений), будут определены:
• общая стратегия и структура концессий;
• общий обзор размещения концессий;
• стратегия ценообразования (оптовые и розничные цены);
• соответствующие обязанности и сфера ответственности поставщиков услуг по организации питания, концессионеров и Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014»;
• права и обязанности существующих Олимпийских маркетинговых партнеров;
• содержание меню, наличие товаров и услуг;
• операционные требования, регламенты и правила; и
• любая другая информация, затребованная МОК.

Plan will identify, without limitation:
• overall concessions strategy and structure;
• venue-by-venue overview;
• wholesale and retail pricing strategy;
• respective responsibilities and obligations of caterers, concessionaires and Sochi 2014;
• existing Olympic marketing partners' rights and obligations;
• menu content, product and services availability;
• operational requirements, policies and guidelines; and
• any other information as requested by the IOC.

Документ, разрабатываемый функцией «Управление объектами» совместно с другими функциями и внешними партнерами и содержащий подробное описание деятельности одного соревновательного объекта по выбору ОКОИ. Документ включает: подробное описание деятельности объекта, уточнение ролей и взаимодействия функциональных подразделений на ключевых этапах эксплуатации объекта, подробное планирование каждодневной деятельности, график функционирования объекта, оргструктуру команды, обслуживающей объект, схему типового объекта/временной инфраструктуры с учетом передвижения потоков посетителей, план управления и коммуникаций, план укомплектования персоналом, планировку помещений, план размещения оборудования и техники, план оперативного реагирования на аварийные ситуации и другую информацию.

Они содержат описания деятельности функций по достижению заявленных результатов во время Игр и включают: перечень (описание) программ и ожидаемые результаты деятельности, контрольные точки, потребности клиентских групп и ожидаемый уровень обслуживания, оргструктуру, оценку ресурсов (ресурсный план), оценку бюджета, потенциальные риски, мероприятия, нацеленные на достижение поставленных задач, принципы взаимодействия с другими функциями и партнерами.

Documents being developed by functional areas on the basis of operational plans in the course of strategic and tactic planning. They describe functions' activities for achievement of alleged results at the Games and include: list (description) of programs and deliverables, milestones, clients' requirements and expected service level, organizational structure, resource assessment (resource plan), budget evaluation, potential risks, actions oriented at performance targets attainment, principles of interaction with other functions and partners.
