1. Определение характеристик объекта и выявление приложенных к нему воздействий с помощью наблюдения за его входами и выходами и статистической обработки полученных данных. Иными словами, И.о. означает отождествление ему как оригиналу некоторой модели. Таково наиболее общее определение, относящееся к системам разного рода (техническим, экономическим и др.). Проблема идентификации особо исследуется в эконометрике, где произошла, по-видимому, терминологическая инверсия: принято говорить не об И.о., т.е. рассматриваемой экономической системы, а наоборот, об идентификации модели (причем, обычно модели, построенной в виде так называемой системы одновременных уравнений). Более того, ряд авторов относит этот термин к отдельному элементу модели, понимая под этим установление самого факта, что данный элемент является существенным (см. Существенные переменные). Например, некоторая экзогенная переменная идентифицируется как действительно оказывающая существенное воздействие на ту или иную эндогенную переменную. 2. В логике аксиомами идентификации являются следующие утверждения: A либо есть B, либо не есть B. Если A есть B, то B есть A. Если A есть B и B есть C, то A есть C. 3. В системе кодирования И. — определение объекта по кодовому обозначению (см. Код).
