    2) I Euro market: Perioden fra closing date til udstedelsen af de endelige obligationer har fundet sted, dvs. den periode, hvor global note repræsenterer hele emissionen.
    3) På aktiemarkedet: Den periode i hvilken en større aktionær har forpligtet sig til ikke at afhænde aktier i et selskab. Se også lock-up agreement.
