= NOODGE = NUDNIKпридира, ворчун, зануда.Поверите ли, но слово "nudnik" происходит от славянских "нудить", "нудила" (не путать последнее с похожим словом на букву "м").О чем это говорит? Не так ведь много русских слов американизировалось. Аппаратчик, борщ, спутник, гулаг, жлоб (см. букву "z"), молотов (см. рис. ("Molotov Mouths" - самоназвание группы американских молодых писателей. Надеемся, наш легендарный дипломат в гробу не перевернется. Впрочем, имя его давно стало английским словом: крепкий Molotov cocktail - это популярное оружие уличных беспорядков, реально зажигает!)) и вот еще - нудный. По нашей теории последнее слово было замечено и признано за океаном потому, что именно наши эмигранты ворчали много и с самого начала. Так, между прочим, ворчать и продолжают. Nudniks, прости Господи!
