Право владельцев простых (обыкновенных) акций участвовать в голосованиях на общих собраниях акционеров компании по вопросам, относящимся к ведению ее бизнеса. П.г. может быть делегировано другому лицу. Владельцы привилегированных акций правом голоса, как правило, не обладают (кроме случаев когда противоположное записано в Уставе организации. Например, бывает, что привилегированные акционеры получают П.г., когда дивиденды по привилегированным акциям не выплачиваются в течение оговоренного периода времени.)
