Компонент церемонии закрытия. Сразу после церемонии передачи флага, город-организатор следующих Игр показывают короткую художественную программу, представляющую город проведения следующих Игр. Художественный фрагмент должен передавать приглашение молодежи всего мира прибыть в город-организатор следующих Олимпийских игр. Это приглашение должно быть поддержано незамысловатыми художественными и хореографическими образами. Необходимо тесное сотрудничество и совместная работа ныне действующего и следующего ОКОИ в подготовке художественной программы города-организатора следующих Игр.

Part of the closing ceremony. Immediately after the flag handover ceremony, the next host city presents a brief artistic segment introducing their Games. The artistic segment should focus on extending an invitation to the youth of the world to congregate in the host city of the next edition of the Games, supported by a simple thematic or visual statement. Close cooperation and collaboration between the incumbent and future OCOG in presenting the next host city artistic segment is necessary.
